With the Peer Group Builder, users can quickly create custom peer groups or portfolios of companies based on specific filters such as industry, geographic location, current auditor, market cap, revenue, SIC or NAICS codes. These filters allow for multiple selection of filter criteria and the addition of individual companies by ticker or CIK code. Peer groups can be saved and easily edited. |
| Peer Reports |
The Peer Reports enable you to create detailed benchmarking reports of financial restatements, adverse Section 302 disclosure controls, adverse Section 404 internal controls, and late filings for your selected peer groups. Reports include a breakdown of the frequency of audit and compliance issues by year and the ability to generate documents with the specific disclosure text related to those issues. |
