Audit Analytics is pleased to announce the new IPO database, as a component of the Corporate + Legal module. This tracks all U.S. IPOs since January 1, 2000, and enables users to do the following:

• Research the auditor of the company at the IPO date as well as its current auditor.
• Filter the data by IPO date, offering type, industry, company location and revenue.
• Examine additional data points including share price, shares outstanding, accounting and legal fees.
• Download search results into an excel spreadsheet.

The new IPO database can be easily cross referenced with other Audit Analytics datasets such as Financial Restatements, Internal Controls, SEC Comment Letters and Litigation.
