Mark Cheffers, CEO of Audit Analytics, will be giving a presentation at the 22nd Annual ALI-ABA Conference on Accountants' Liability.

On Friday, July 9th, 2010 at 9:30AM, Mr. Cheffers will be part of a discussion of the liability exposure experienced by the accounting and auditing industry. The presentation will include data concerning malpractice litigation and settlements, including information regarding Credit Crisis lawsuits, Madoff/Ponzi scheme cases and actions stemming from the collapse of Lehman Brothers. Particular attention will be paid to evolving theories of auditor liability and potential changes in firm structures in the aftermath of the credit crisis and subsequent turmoil.
