In response to subscriber requests, it is now possible to search the Audit Analytics Audit Fee database filtering results by tax fees. Tax Fees are the fees charged by auditors in relation to tax planning, compliance or advice. This filter allows users to designate a dollar value range of tax fees and view only audits which fall within that range.

SEC registrants are required to disclose the fees they have paid to their independent auditor in their annual reports. These reports are to be filed no more than 60 days after the fiscal year end date of Large Accelerated Filers, 75 days after the fiscal year end date of Accelerated Filers or 90 days after the fiscal year end date of non-accelerated filers (Form 10-K filing deadlines). The Audit Analytics Audit Fee database contains more than 120,000 audit fee records for SEC registrants going back to year 2000.
