Audit Analytics Comment Letter Search (found in the Corporate + Legal Module) now features an enhanced and updated issues taxonomy search. This search includes a Browse Taxonomy section which makes it possible to view issues by expandable categories and subcategories. Each of these categories, such as Accounting Standards or Securities Regulations, may be expanded to offer a selection of relevant issues and citations.

The Search Taxonomy section allows a text search of issues with their definitions. For example, entering the string "EITF 00-21" or "Revenue Arrangements" into the text box returns all the issues and citations related to these terms. The filter also allows ordering by the issue frequency which identifies the most prevalent issues related to the search terms.

Audit Analytics SEC Comment Letter database includes 66,000 comment letters individually and expertly classified according to 1,500 issues and citations. These enhanced searches provide a more efficient way to access this extensive database of SEC rule interpretations.
