Audit Analytics' Audit + Compliance Module and Corporate + Legal Module searches now have the ability to filter by multiple industries and specific SIC and NAICS codes.

In response to user demand for more flexibility in defining industry searches, we have added the option to select multiple industries from our categorized list. For example, if you are searching for vehicle and related manufacturing companies, you can now select "Motor Vehicle Manufacturing," "Motor Vehicle Parts," and "Metal Manufacturing" in the same search. You can further expand this search by adding specific NAICS and SIC codes.

Also, included in the Advanced Industry Search for Auditor Engagement and Comment Letter Databases is the ability to filter by Assistant Director Office number at the SEC. There are currently 11 different Assistant Directors focused on specific industries. Per Sarbanes Oxley section 408, the SEC must review each reporting company at least once every 3 years. Use the search to quickly identify which companies are under the purview of each Assistant Director.

These new search filters allow users to create specific, refined populations for benchmarking, business development, target marketing, audit and compliance tracking and risk assessment.
