Our litigation database has been pulled together by analyzing every SEC registrant for (1) all federal securities class action claims, (2) all SEC actions, and (3) all material federal civil litigation disclosed to the SEC. In addition, we monitor all civil action cases filed in federal district court where any one of the top-100 public audit firms is a party to the action or otherwise involved in the matter so as to be identified in the docket. When available, the database provides a copy of an individual case's compliant, administrative docket, SEC accounting and auditing enforcement release (AAER), and notice of settlement. Use this module for due diligence and marketing leads. Expand the research to determine the litigation exposure experienced by an entire industry group or sector. Determine which law firms represent a particular company, or industry sector, for specific categories of legal claims. |
